Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management and new business development.
• Experience generating your own leads and developing new opportunities.
• Proven ability to grow existing customer accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and target driven.
• Confident managing your own sales pipeline.
• Experience within the Facilities Management or Construction sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the West Midlands.
