As a result of our growth, Hippo is constantly developing and expanding, which is why we’re recruiting a Sales Manager to effectively manage one of our teams. We currently have 60 sales staff; you will manage a team of 12 to ensure they achieve consistent results, stay motivated, remain positive, and overachieve!

• Daily management of a sales team consisting of 12 staff.
• Setting clear and consistent goals and monitoring team/individual performance.
• Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews for each team member.
• Analysing KPI’s to increase productivity, performance, units sold, and PPU.
• Provide team direction and motivation that engages your team and helps them understand their purpose within the business.
• Identify knowledge gaps and provide on-the-job training where necessary.
• Manage/monitor our CRM system and enquiries to ensure the workflow is managed effectively to maximize each opportunity.
• Support individuals in deal making and closing deals.
• Maintain communication with your team to ensure leads are correctly managed.
• Ensure Team Members are following all Company rules and processes, adhering to all compliances, and managing the Staff to operate within the FCA guidelines.
• Interview, hire, and build your team with the full support of our in-house recruiter.
