My Client is a fantastic event business who are known for their spectacular themed events and exceptional service. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales Manager to join their vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and the drive to exceed targets. As a Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling their unique party experiences to clients and upselling packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming enquiries via the inbox and convert into bookings whilst upselling packages
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Cross selling across the 14 sites
  • Create bespoke packages for exclusive parties
  • Assist the operations team with event planning
  • Work toward sales targets and KPIs

What do we require from you?

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
