Sales Manager- EMEA | Telematics | Remote

A high-growth Telematics company is looking for an ambitious and accomplished sales hunter to drive new business across the EMEA region. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident in closing complex enterprise deals.

The Company:

The Role:

  • Lead new business sales efforts across the EMEA region, driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and engage key enterprise prospects across Commercial Fleets and Bus & Coach sectors.
  • Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, and Product, to generate and convert leads.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including running product demos and trials.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and reseller partners.

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales within IoT or fleet solutions.
  • Proven track record of independently closing complex, high-value deals.
  • Strong ability to engage C-suite decision-makers and manage long sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to business development.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required.

The Package:

  • Up to £95,000 basic, plus double OTE.
  • Remote-first role, with travel across EMEA as needed.
