Bridgewater Recruitment Group is recruiting a Sales Manager in the Bath area for a leading electrical wholesale group. You will win new business, grow existing accounts, and aim for progression to a Branch Manager role with P&L ownership.

You will manage customer relationships, meet sales targets, and drive profitability while representing the business to a wide range of customers. A compelling package including a car, mobile, laptop and healthcare is on offer.

Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical wholesale sector.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to spot and capitalise on new business opportunities.
• Proven track record of developing relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Natural leadership qualities and a desire to progress to Branch Manager.
