The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives within the UCXM and CCaaS markets. This role involves representing Nextiva's full range of products and services to assigned partners, with a focus on recruiting new channel partners, especially those with a proven track record in partner recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with key personnel in partner accounts
- Recruit, educate, and support channel partners to ensure success
- Coordinate with support, technical, and management teams to meet partner performance goals
- Achieve sales volume and strategic objectives in partner accounts
- Develop joint partner plans with mutual performance and financial goals
- Assess and clarify partner needs regularly
- Sell through partners to end-users, collaborating with partner sales teams
- Manage channel conflict by maintaining clear communication and adherence to rules of engagement
- Lead solution development to meet end-user needs, involving necessary personnel
- Ensure partner compliance with agreements
- Promote adoption of company programs among partners
- Recruit new qualifying partners proactively
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in channel partner recruitment and management within telecommunications
- Extensive network of channel partners in the assigned territory
- Proven success in onboarding new channel partners
- Record of meeting quotas and performance targets
- Deep understanding of CX and Contact Centre solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and assertiveness skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and adaptability
- Excellent presentation skills
- Ability to work remotely under direction
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, sometimes on short notice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
