Job summary

Evo 3D, Exeter-based provider of 3D printing solutions, seeks a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across printers, scanners, materials and services. You’ll own the pipeline from first enquiry to close and beyond, handling both online consumables and high-value industrial sales while collaborating with in-house engineers to match customer needs.

This hands-on role offers influence over sales strategy, brand growth, and market targeting, with travel and on-site customer engagements in the UK.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales of technical products with hitting targets.
• Experience of consultative sales with longer cycles and quick transactional sales.
• Confident talking to engineers and technical buyers and learning new technology quickly.
• Strong skills in prospecting, negotiation and closing.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by qualifying customers in engineering, manufacturing, education, research, dental and other sectors.
• Grow existing accounts across materials, spares, upgrades, service and training.
• Run the sales pipeline, keep CRM accurate and forecast monthly; hit revenue and margin targets.
• Represent Evo 3D at trade shows, open days and customer visits; nurture marketing feedback.
