Evolution Bottling and Packaging Solutions Ltd is seeking a New Machine Sales Manager to lead sales of packaging equipment into Home & Personal Care, Food, and Beverage sectors. You will drive growth with a technical sales approach, develop new business, and manage relationships across the UK and Ireland.

The role requires travel, a base in Peebles, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset. A lucrative remuneration package with bonus is on offer within a dynamic ProMach-backed company.

Evolution provide quality, innovative equipment to the bottling, food & home/personal care packaging sectors. We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as a New Machine Sales Manager.

In this role you will be responsible for driving our capital equipment sales, specifically packaging machinery, into our target growth sectors of:

• Home and Personal Care
• Food (e.g. sauces and condiments; canning)
• Beverage (e.g. soft drinks, mineral water, "RtD", beer/cider)

Here’s what we are looking for:

We seek candidates with proven experience in technical sales, selling equivalent capital equipment as our portfolio into the sectors detailed above.

Candidates should have strong:

• Technical background/aptitude
• Commercial Awareness and attention to detail
• Communication and Customer Service Skills

Candidates should also have ambition to succeed and a positive can-do attitude, with a strong sense of personal responsibility.

Geographically candidates can be located anywhere, however, good transport links throughout the UK will be essential.

Candidates will be expected to be based from the Evolution office in Peebles for an average of one week per month, and will be expected to be attending customer sites throughout the UK and Ireland on average 4 days per week for the balance of a month. As such, candidates should be prepared to travel throughout the UK, as well as to EU manufacturer sites, and understand the associated need for overnight stays away from home.
