About The Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead from the front, driving sales performance and overseeing daily operations of the sales team. This role involves collaboration with designers, administrators, and surveyors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and closing contracts to meet sales targets.
  • Build strong customer relationships from initial contact to post-sale, ensuring an exceptional experience.
  • Review and refine sales processes to stay competitive and adapt to market changes.
  • Support and inspire the sales team through training and promoting continuous improvement.
