What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.
Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.
You ensure execution of sales growth plans by coordinating initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
Drive results through demand identification and creation opportunities.
Stakeholder management—Lead stakeholder management sessions and keep management informed of business dynamics by maintaining open communication lines.
Collaborate with the sales team across geographies to understand business trends, forecast, and consolidate input for management.
Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
Work closely with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
Ensure the sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.
This job profile requires participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

What are we looking for?
12+ years of experience in planning, directing, and executing sales strategies and managing programs in the IT industry.
Fluency in English.
Effective communication skills at all levels.
Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive and hardworking approach.
