Arnold Clark in Telford is seeking a proactive Sales Manager to lead our new branch, drive sales growth and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will recruit, train and motivate the sales team, manage KPI targets and commission structures, and ensure branch presentation and daily operations are optimised for profit and customer satisfaction.
