Fitness First in Jersey is seeking a passionate Sales & Duty Manager to lead the team and drive membership growth. You will oversee daily club operations, health and safety, and local marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service.

As Duty Manager you will supervise and train staff, provide tours and inductions to new members, and take full responsibility for the club when on duty.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in fitness leisure or retail sales management.
• Confident communicator with strong people & leadership skills.
• Organised, reliable and proactive with problem-solving skill.
• Ability to report and understand data & conversions.

Responsabilidades
