Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Kidbrooke Village is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team of sales consultants, drive member sign-ups and shape the customer journey. You will mentor staff, set targets, and use data to optimise strategies and outcomes for the club.

The role requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays to ensure targets and exceptional member experiences are achieved. A background in health and fitness sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced sales environment, preferably in leisure or fitness.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration to deliver exceptional member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, influence and lead a team of sales consultants to hit monthly new member targets.
• Analyse club sales data, performance metrics and member feedback to drive data-informed decisions.
• Plan and execute sales strategies to optimize team performance and member experience.
• Work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required to support club goals.
