Sales Manager – Join Our Growing Team!

Are you a driven and results-focused sales professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? We’re looking for a passionate Sales Manager to help us expand our reach, drive new business, and build lasting relationships with our valued clients.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of Fire door compliance solutions. Full product training will be provided, so experience with CCS is not essential — although knowledge of fire door legislation would be a real advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the UK
• Building strong, trusted relationships with key clients
• Delivering impactful product demonstrations and presentations
• Negotiating and closing sales deals with confidence
• Consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Managing and tracking sales leads and opportunities effectively
• Staying informed about industry developments and competitor activity

What We’re Looking For:

• A proven track record of success in sales
• A strong understanding of the sales process and closing techniques
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
• Experience with CRM systems and Excel is essential
• Knowledge of fire door legislation would be desirable
