You will manage daily sales operations, maintain strong new vehicle performance, and collaborate with management on stock strategy, pricing, and customer service to meet ambitious KPIs.

Duties of the Car Sales Manager

• Drive used vehicle sales, profit, and stock turn
• Manage stock levels, pricing strategies, vehicle presentation, and preparation standards
• Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Maintain a consistent sales process from enquiry to handover
• Monitor and improve enquiry handling, follow-up, and sales conversion
• Promote finance penetration, product sales, and overall deal profitability
• Ensure all sales activities are compliant and meet company standards
• Collaborate with senior management on stock strategy and commercial performance
• Maintain strong new vehicle sales performance in line with manufacturer standards
