Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment in Bristol is partnering with a leading automotive retailer to recruit a Sales Manager (Automotive). You will lead a team of 5 Sales Executives and have the chance to boost earnings through commission and a strong OTE.

You will oversee daily sales operations, organise and run events and campaigns, and ensure customer data and processes are accurate. Based in the Bristol/Bath area, the role runs Monday to Saturday 08:30–18:00 with one weekday off.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in automotive retail.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and campaigns.
• Willingness to work Monday–Saturday, 08:30–18:00.

Sales Manager (Automotive)

£40,000-£45,000 (£65k+ OTE) + Company Car + Training + Progression

Are you a Sales Manager or similar from an automotive/motor trade background, looking to join a rapidly growing national company, where you can increase your earnings drastically through commission, heading up the department?

In this role, you will be responsible for the oversight and management of daily sales operations and executives alike, driving overall performance and results. You will also be responsible for organising and delivering both sales events and campaigns, alongside inter-departmental liaison to ensure customer information and processes are kept accurate.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar coming from an automotive/motor trade background, looking to lead a high-performing team from a flagship dealership.

The Role:
