A leading company seeks a Sales Manager for its MedicinesComplete Sales Team in London. The role involves achieving sales targets, managing teams, and engaging with key accounts. Ideal candidates will possess strong sales and leadership capabilities, and prior experience in the STM publishing or digital sales sectors will be advantageous.

We have a new opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our MedicinesComplete Sales Team to achieve sales targets by growing sustainable digital in UK and rest-of-world (ROW) markets.
Responsible for driving performance across the team to achieve New Business, Retention and Attrition targets, you will manage the activities of the UK and ROW teams and manage personally the key accounts (typically those where the level of complexity and value is high).
The Sales Manager is a role model for the team maximising renewal and up-sell opportunities, identifying prospective new clients, presenting, pitching and negotiating new business wins.

How we are currently working
We work in a hybrid way, which means you will be able to work from home, however, there will be an expectation for collaborative face-to-face working – on average and typically this may be something between 4-8 working days per month at our London Office.
