The Partnership Sales Manager for the Hotel Segment is responsible for driving revenue growth by establishing and managing relationships with key hospitality platforms that have the potential to support and resell Tripleseat’s software solutions. This role focuses on building a robust partner ecosystem that maximizes market reach and enhances brand visibility in the hospitality industry.

Location:

  • This is a remote role open to candidates based anywhere in the London area.

  • Flexibility to work from anywhere with reliable internet connectivity while maintaining engagement with Tripleseat’s global team.

Travel Expectations:

  • The candidate will be required to complete initial onboarding at Tripleseat's Concord, MA office in the United States, followed by quarterly visits to London-based hospitality platform partners.

  • Travel could be up to 50%, including regular partner meetings, industry events, and company gatherings across Europe and the United States.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new hospitality platform partners to expand the Tripleseat reseller network.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive partner-led growth within the hospitality segment, focusing on high-impact markets and key platform relationships.

  • Lead complex contract negotiations and strategic partnership agreements that maximize value and mutual benefit for Tripleseat and its partners. Demonstrate strong business acumen to navigate multi-layered decision-making processes and secure favorable terms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure seamless integration and ongoing support for partners.

  • Conduct partner training sessions and enablement programs to ensure consistent messaging and successful sales execution.

  • Monitor partner performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies and partnership value.

  • Represent Tripleseat at industry events, conferences, and hospitality expos, building brand awareness and strengthening partner relationships.

  • Drive co-marketing initiatives and joint go-to-market campaigns with partners to increase market reach, brand visibility, and revenue growth. Act as a brand ambassador in the hospitality market, confidently and expertly representing Tripleseat's values and competitive strengths.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations tied to partner engagements.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Proven track record in partnership sales, preferably within the hospitality or SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of hotel operations and technology solutions that enhance event management and booking.

  • Exceptional communication, advanced negotiation skills, and relationship-building expertise. Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively, while championing Tripleseat's brand as an ambassador to the hospitality market.

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Willingness to travel and represent Tripleseat with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  • A customer-focused attitude, commitment to integrity, and the ability to build strong rapport across internal teams and external partners.

  • Demonstrates a deep appreciation for hospitality principles, ensuring that partner interactions reflect the highest standards of service, responsiveness, and care.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or partnerships within the hospitality or software industry.

  • Prior experience managing reseller or channel partner networks.

  • Strong background in direct SAAS sales in the hospitality industry.

  • Knowledge of Tripleseat’s product offerings and competitive landscape.
