My client, a global powerhouse in the events and media space, is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to join their ambitious team. Operating across some of the world’s most dynamic markets — including Europe, North America, and Latin America — they bring together the brightest minds from industries like gaming, sports betting, fintech, and entertainment.

About the Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be instrumental in growing revenues across a rapidly expanding event portfolio that includes conferences, trade shows, award ceremonies, and networking experiences in iconic destinations.

You’ll build meaningful relationships, develop strategic sales approaches, and drive partnerships with leading businesses in the gaming and technology ecosystems. Whether it’s launching new sponsorships or elevating existing accounts, this is your chance to work at the heart of innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sponsorship and exhibition sales across a portfolio of global events.
  • Build, manage, and deepen B2B client relationships — from affiliates to tech innovators.
  • Represent the business across Europe and beyond, acting as a visible ambassador at events and trade shows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, production, and operations teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM and sales systems, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide market insight to inform growth strategy and future event development.

About You:

  • You’re a hunter — proactive, confident, and results-driven.
  • You have a proven track record in B2B sales and account management, ideally in tech, gaming, or media.
  • You’re an excellent communicator who can build rapport with C-suite stakeholders and emerging disruptors alike.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, sales pipelines, and reporting is second nature to you.
  • Bonus points if you have fluency in Spanish or Portuguese and a genuine passion for gaming or tech.
