Salary: £47,380 + Sales Incentive Plan

What Will You Do As Sales Manager

• Proactively identify and secure new business through meetings, negotiations, trade shows, and site inspections.
• Be responsible for achieving budgeted revenues and personal/team sales goals and assist in maximising profitability.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive room, meeting, and F&B sales.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies and capture opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver effective sales campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts to maximise profitability while meeting client needs.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
• Represent the hotel at local and international events to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain a positive, dynamic approach to achieve sales targets and support team success.
