Ihre Aufgaben:
- Secure projects and build client relationships across diverse industry sectors (e.g., FMCG, Automotive, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Wine & Spirits, Luxury Goods) within the Central or Northern Europe (TBD) sales region.
- Develop and nurture a robust network of customers and prospects, map key decision-making processes, and conduct in-depth competitive analysis.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead and drive complex customer projects with strategic vision and operational efficiency.
- Enhance negotiation outcomes in both offline and online settings through strong commercial expertise and business insight.
- Ensure sustainable growth in sales and profitability.
- Collaborate effectively as a proactive team player in a dynamic international context.
- Share and disseminate critical market insights internally via innovative digital platforms.
Ihr Profil:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in sales, business development, or technically oriented roles, ideally within a project-driven business environment.
- In-depth expertise in packaging, brand protection, and/or track & trace technologies is an advantage.
- A proactive self-starter with a "hunter" mindset, characterized by strong assertiveness and determination.
- Naturally motivated with a positive attitude, thriving in dynamic and fast-changing environments.
- Strong networker with exceptional cross-departmental communication skills.
- Practical, hands-on approach and readiness to travel using a company vehicle.
- Business-level fluency in both German and English; an additional European language is a plus.
