Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Sales Manager in Skelmersdale to lead a four-person internal sales team and drive revenue through warm leads and targeted business development. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales leader who enjoys coaching others while staying hands-on.

You will handle coaching, performance management, and forecasting, align with senior management on sales strategies, and own your sales target while expanding key accounts.

• Proven track record of selling services rather than physical products.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and mentoring a team of four internal sales executives.

Sales Manager

• Location: Skelmersdale
• Salary: 40,000 - 50,000 + Uncapped Bonus (OTE 55,000 - 65,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Skelmersdale for a Sales Manager to lead a small internal sales team of four. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales leader who enjoys coaching others whilst remaining actively involved in generating revenue through a combination of warm leads and business development activity.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an internal sales team, ensuring targets are achieved and customer relationships are maintained to the highest standard. Alongside your management responsibilities, you will have your own sales target and will play a key role in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Realistic OTE of 55,000 - 65,000
