Sales Manager Estate Agency £40,000 OTE Company Car / Allowance

Experienced in Estate Agency and confident managing teams while consistently delivering strong results?

We're recruiting for a Sales Manager to join a successful Estate Agency team across the Bexley area, providing management cover across branches while driving new business, team performance and profitability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, self-motivated Estate Agent with strong local market knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the confidence to lead and motivate teams.

The Role

As a Sales Manager, you will:

Provide Sales Manager cover across the Bexley area during holidays, vacancies and periods of sickness
Lead, motivate and inspire branch teams to achieve their targets
Run morning meetings and provide coaching and guidance to support team performance
Drive new business and generate fresh leads
Build strong relationships with vendors, applicants and buyers
Provide expert property advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price
Stay up to date with local market trends and establish yourself as a trusted property expert

Sales Manager requirements:

Previous Estate Agency experience with strong local market knowledge of the Bexley area
Experience managing, motivating or leading a team
Driven and self-motivated with the ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
High level of customer service
Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
Commercially minded and results-focused
Confident providing property advice and generating new business
Full UK driving licence
