RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS FOR BUSINESS (UK) LTD in Kent seeks an experienced Estate Agent Sales Manager for a floating role covering the Bexley area. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and provide outstanding customer service while covering holidays and vacancies.

The role offers an uncapped commission structure with an OTE up to £45,000 and a base salary of £25,000 plus guaranteed earnings in the first 3 months, plus car allowance or company car. 5 days a week with some Saturdays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cover the Sales Manager role in the Bexley Area for holidays, vacancies and sickness.
• Be the face of the branch, providing top-notch service to our customers.
• Take ownership of the branch's profitability in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Motivate, inspire and lead your team – run morning meetings and coaching sessions.
• Drive new business and generate fresh leads.
• Work closely with the team to match properties with interested customers.
• Help vendors achieve top price by offering expert property advice.
• Stay ahead of market trends and become the go-to expert in your field.
