Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a sales leadership role at Kidbrooke Village, London. You will mentor a team of sales consultants, shaping the prospect journey and member experience while driving monthly new member targets for the club.

The role requires analysing sales data and member feedback to inform data-driven decisions and refine team strategies. Evening, weekend, and public holiday work will be required.

About the Role

This role leads, mentors, and influences a team of sales consultants to deliver an exceptional prospect journey and member experience. It involves challenging, planning, and inspiring the sales team to achieve individual and club monthly new member sales targets. The role requires analysing club sales data, performance metrics, and overall member feedback to make data-informed decisions that optimise team strategies. The position includes working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
