Job summary

Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking a sales-focused role within a premium health and wellness group. About 70% of your time is on the phones inspiring prospective members and spreading DL values in an office setting, with 30% spent showcasing clubs and onboarding new members to ensure premium after-care.

You will work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required, acting as an ambassador for the business.

About the Role

The role is a sales-focused position within a premium health and wellness group, with approximately 70% of time spent hitting the phones to inspire and spread DL values to prospective members in an office environment. The remaining 30% involves inspiring and showcasing the clubs, achieving sales targets individually and as a team, and on-boarding new members to ensure they receive a premium after-care service. The position requires working evenings, weekends and public holidays as required. The team acts as ambassadors for the business and the heart of what the organisation does, within a culture focused on belonging, thriving physically and mentally, and fulfilling potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 70% of the role hitting the phones to inspire and spread DL values to prospective members within an office environment.
• Spend approximately 30% of the role inspiring and showcasing the clubs.
• Achieve sales targets individually and as a team.
• On-board new members.
• Ensure new members receive a premium after-care service.
• Act as an ambassador for the business and represent its values.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Target-driven with excellent administration and organisational skills.
• Passion for all things health and fitness.
• Self-starter who takes pride in delivering a quality sales experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in a sales environment is desirable but not essential.
