Sales Manager
The Opportunity:
If you have sold a high-end home improvement product to architects, designers, or developers, want to represent a quality British product, and are self-motivated, driven, and sales-focused, then this Southern Sales Manager role may be just for you!
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our B2B customers throughout southern England, including designers, architects, and contractors, as well as presenting to their end clients.
- You’ll work closely with both our customers and their clients to understand their needs, deliver tailored product recommendations, and ensure exceptional service at every stage of the project.
- In addition to managing existing relationships, you'll also proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to help drive growth.
Requirements:
- Ideally, you'll live in the South East and be willing to travel extensively throughout Southern England.
- Proven B2B sales experience is essential, ideally in the swimming pool or spa industry, but other ‘home improvement’ industries will be considered.
- It would be preferable if you have sold into the architect, installer, or property design and development market.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A confident communicator with a positive, proactive mindset, excellent IT skills, and the ability to self-manage your time and priorities.
- Professionalism and discretion when working with high-net-worth individuals and public figures.
