Your role as Sales Manager will include:

• Driving growth by increasing sales and securing new business in the Prestige & Luxury on-trade sector (pubs, bars, restaurants)
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts for long-term partnerships
• Developing and executing tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and company goals
• Collaborating to tell the stories behind our wines
• Meeting regularly with clients to discuss products, market trends, and opportunities
• Representing the brand at tastings, events, and industry gatherings

Ideal candidate will have:

• A proven sales track record in wine, spirits, or premium beverages
• A strong network within high-end bars and restaurants
• Deep knowledge and passion for global wines, especially artisanal categories
• Negotiation skills and experience in pricing
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
