Key Responsibilities:
Team Development: Support the learning and development of the sales team to enhance skills and drive performance.
Sales Generation: Coordinate with sales reps to generate leads and close sales to meet revenue targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and evaluate sales strategies through comprehensive market analysis.
Sales Growth: Drive business growth by achieving budgeted sales objectives while adhering to organizational policies.
Team Management: Lead and manage a team of senior executives, supporting their development and creating an environment of open, honest communication.
Action Planning: Review and discuss action plans with the sales team to ensure targets are met.
