As Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our hotel’s commercial success. Your role will involve identifying and converting new business opportunities, building strong relationships across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments, and representing the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and client meetings. You’ll collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver compelling sales strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activity, and report on performance and pipeline to senior leadership.

You’ll bring proven sales experience, ideally within hospitality or a service-led industry, and be a confident communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
