This is a superb opportunity to join the UK’s leading home improvement business as a Sales Manager. We are seeking an experienced sales professional or sales manager looking to elevate their business development and management skills.

We are Anglian Home Improvements, proud of our craftsmanship and service, serving customers for nearly 60 years. All our products are made in Britain to high standards. We seek a Sales Manager to lead our local team.

Responsibilities

1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of self-employed Sales Executives.
2. Recruit and develop sales team members, including Sales Representatives, Marketing Agents, and Leaders.
3. Provide training, coaching, and support to ensure team adherence to company standards and policies.
4. Encourage lead generation through approved methods and manage internal leads.
5. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations during customer presentations.
6. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet sales targets and maximize conversions.
7. Prepare and present sales reports regularly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or Manager exceeding targets.
• Experience in home improvements or similar industries is preferred.
• Experience recruiting self-employed sales professionals is advantageous.
• Motivated, results-driven, with excellent negotiation skills.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• High customer service standards and commitment to personal development.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.

What We Offer

• OTE potential between £50,000 - £100,000, plus incentives.
• Basic salary of £25,366.80.
