ROLE SUMMARY:

We seek a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and foster growth across our product lines. Our strategy emphasizes sustainable growth, expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales management experience and a proven ability to develop strategies that increase revenue and market share. This role is key in executing growth plans and cultivating a high-performing sales environment aligned with our goals.

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies (including sales reps and account management) to drive growth and expand our customer base. Identify new markets and trends to stay competitive.
  • Processes: Evaluate and improve existing processes, ensure staff training, and maintain accountability.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate an 18-member sales team, including 5 direct reports. Foster collaboration among varied experience levels.
  • Sales Forecasting: Analyze market data to produce accurate forecasts and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales metrics, set goals, and refine tactics based on data.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and product teams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the sales budget for optimal resource allocation.
  • Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs to enhance team skills and product knowledge.
