We are representing a reputable client in North Wales for a Sales Manager role at a well-established main dealer representing Kia and Honda brands. The successful candidate will lead a six-person sales team and a business centre manager, driving revenue and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of automotive sales processes and techniques.
• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets.
• Based in North Wales or close to Llandudno.
• Professionalism, discretion and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of six retail sales executives and a business centre manager.
• Drive sales targets for both new and used vehicle departments.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Ensure team compliance with brand standards and customer service excellence.
• Oversee stock management and retail performance of approximately 60 used vehicles.
• Analyse sales data and develop strategies to increase profitability.
