A leading independent publisher is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Operations Manager. The role involves shaping sales performance, managing operations, and fostering relationships with key trade partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in trade publishing and strong communication skills. This full-time position is based in London with office attendance twice per week.

We're excited to be working with a leading independent publisher to recruit a proactive and commercially minded Sales and Operations Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a broad and dynamic role, shaping sales performance and ensuring smooth operational delivery across a creative publishing list. The role is based in London and requires office attendance twice per week.

Key Responsibilities
