Placing Faces Ltd is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop their team in Canvey Island. This role offers a competitive salary between £45,000 and £50,000, with an OTE of £70,000 - £80,000 plus performance-related bonuses.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a brokerage environment and strong leadership skills. You will manage a team, drive sales performance, and work closely with senior leadership to achieve targets.

This position provides Monday to Friday working hours, without weekend work, offering a chance to play a key role in the company's growth.

Qualifications

• Management experience within a brokerage environment is required.
• Alternatively, an experienced broker with proven management experience in another setting.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
