Job summary

Everyone Active at Bracknell Leisure Centre is seeking a Sales Manager to drive customer service standards, deliver KPI targets and increase membership. The role involves day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays, and offers pension and career development opportunities.

You will be a proactive leader, motivating the team to raise the bar and promoting the brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week across our 200+ centres nationwide.

• Plan and execute the business strategy to drive growth and KPIs.
• Be a role model and create a fun, friendly environment for colleagues and customers.
• Demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets and driving results.
• Proactively grow the Everyone Active membership base.

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving exceptional customer service standards, delivering key KPI’s and increasing membership levels

We need a Sales Manager who will…

• Manage the day-to-day operations of your department ensuring that the highest levels of customer service are achieved
• Effectively plan and execute the business strategy
• Be both a role model for the centres team and to make the centre a fun and friendly environment for both colleagues and customers alike. Motivate and inspire others to ‘raise the bar’
• Be results driven with a demonstratable track record in exceeding targets
• Have a proactive approach to growing the Everyone Active membership base

This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays.
