Job summary

Recruitment PRO is seeking an experienced Sales Manager in Batley to lead a small sales team within the sportswear sector. You will manage key accounts, develop relationships with clubs and organisations, and drive new business opportunities while contributing to day-to-day sales operations.

The role is office-based with Monday–Friday hours, offering £40,000–£45,000 plus a bonus. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure orders are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Our client is an established and growing business within the sportswear and teamwear sector, supplying clothing and equipment to clubs and sporting organisations across the UK.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a small sales team, manage existing customer relationships and help develop new business opportunities within the grassroots sporting market.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys leading from the front, developing relationships and getting involved in the day-to-day running of a busy sales function.

The Role

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and developing the sales team while maintaining your own customer relationships and helping to drive new business.

You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure opportunities are followed through and orders are delivered effectively.
