Loom Talent is recruiting a Sales & Logistics Coordinator to support the supply chain from the Weybridge HQ. The role features a 4-day working week with hybrid work arrangements and a focus on delivering exceptional service to UK retailers and e-commerce customers.

You will manage orders in NetSuite, coordinate transport, and analyse data to drive efficiency while supporting sales targets. Strong English communication and 2–5 years in a similar role are essential.

Loom Talent are supporting a fantastic business, recognised as a Times best place to work, with the appointment of a Sales & Logistics Coordinator - 4 day week.

This will support the supply chain team and be based from the company HQ in a Weybridge. The company operates a 4-day working week and the role also offers Hybrid work!

Key Responsibilities

• Managing order streams for UK-IE retailers, marketplaces and customer e-commerce portal
• Placing orders on NetSuite and ensuring they are delivered to customers within SLA.
• Managing customer enquiries and delivering exceptional service
• Coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and supporting logistics planning
• Liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operational flow and cost effectiveness
• Collating, monitoring and analysing operational data to drive efficiency and support decision making
• Assisting in meeting sales targets through effective stock-management, planning, communication, and organisation

We are looking for a detail-driven professional with excellent written and spoken English, strong communication and customer service skills and 2-5 years' experience in a similar customer-facing role. You'll bring a solid organisational ability, an analytical mindset and good Excel skills. Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is important. You should be confident coordinating transport, scheduling deliveries, and supporting logistics planning, with a background in sales support, sales operations and/or logistics. A passion for accuracy, attention to detail and the drive to go the extra mile for customers will ensure success in this role.
