Your Career

As a member of our sales leadership team, you will build and drive sales teams to exceed company objectives while growing your region according to plan. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performance sales culture that delivers results in bookings, sales development, and forecast accuracy while mentoring and developing your team members to achieve individual and organizational goals. Tracking sales activity, providing sales projects, and analyzing metrics will be essential.

A challenge inspires you rather than intimidates you, and you set accelerated goals to succeed. You are motivated to empower clients to meet cybersecurity needs and are passionate about solutions selling, addressing critical challenges within digital transactions, and thrive under pressure.

Your Impact
  • Build and develop a team of quota-carrying and lead generation sales professionals
  • Own and drive revenue outcomes within your region, exceeding sales quotas and goals
  • Review weekly forecasts and business outcomes with your team
  • Coach, develop, and mentor sales representatives across all sales cycle stages, utilizing our channel/partner network
  • Create sales analysis for insights into weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategies
  • Participate in weekly regional forecast and management calls
  • Collaborate with other Sales Leaders on business strategy
  • Stay informed on product roadmap, industry changes, and competitive landscape
Your Experience
  • Sales and management experience, preferably with quotas and lead generation teams
  • Enterprise sales experience, especially in networking or network security industries
  • Experience with channel and partner sales models
  • Proven success in achieving sales goals
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to change
  • Experience hiring, developing, and retaining sales talent
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodology
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Willingness to travel 25% quarterly within the region
