Sales Leadership Opportunity - Water Purification Systems based in Thame.

Competitive salary from £60k up to £70k depending on experience.

The role comes with a company car and in addition there is a sales incentive performance bonus.

We're seeking an accomplished Sales Leader to drive our ambitious growth strategy in the water purification sector. This is a pivotal role where you'll shape the future of our business whilst leading a dynamic team of Business Development Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Substantial experience in Water Purification Sales and Marketing, with proven ability to independently manage high-value customer portfolios.

4. Proven leadership abilities with exceptional coaching and people management skills.
5. First-rate negotiation skills with demonstrable commercial success.
