The Opportunity:

The Sales Lead Specialist will be responsible for establishing and managing a closed-loop lead management system. This position will include managing all aspects of inbound and outbound lead generation, qualification, and management.

The Sales Lead Specialist will also work with the Marketing and Sales Teams to define and continuously improve the Lead Management Process. Additional responsibilities include:

Key Accountabilities:
  • Responding to, qualifying, and tracking inbound leads and requests
  • Allocating prospects and qualified leads to appropriate sales teams
  • Managing the lead qualification and tracking process
  • Updating Leadership Team on lead progression
  • Managing CRM System and ensuring database integrity
  • Managing contact information and reference lists
  • Helping to define data profile/fields for leads, prospects, and customers
  • Maintaining our Referral Leads system from end to end and tracking till won/lost
  • Maintaining database integrity
  • Working with marketing to report on campaign results

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. They should be detail-oriented, collaborative, and a team player. Additional requirements include:

  • Strong organization and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Knowledge of email management programs
