Job summary

Liquidline is seeking a Sales L&D Specialist in Ipswich to design, deliver, and evaluate sales-focused training. You will develop materials, onboard new staff, and coach teams to boost confidence, competence, and performance across the sales function.

You’ll partner with Heads of Sales and cross-functional teams to align content with commercial goals, travel to Liquidline locations as needed, and champion a strong learning culture within the sales community.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver high-quality training sessions across in-person, virtual, and LMS formats.
• Create engaging learning materials including modules, guides, videos, and assessments.
• Onboard and induct new sales staff with consistent, impactful training.
• Identify capability gaps with Heads of Sales and develop targeted programs.
• Coach individuals and teams to strengthen selling skills and pipeline management.
• Support frameworks and assessments for sales competencies.
• Measure training effectiveness using observations and data.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions (face-to-face, virtual, LMS) for sales processes, systems, and customer engagement.
• Develop learning materials: modules, guides, videos, toolkits, assessments.
• Facilitate onboarding training for new sales staff to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with Heads of Sales to identify gaps and priorities.
• Coach individuals and groups on core selling behaviours and negotiation techniques.
• Support sales competency frameworks and skills assessments.
• Evaluate training impact with data and feedback.
