Culina Group is seeking a Sales Controller to drive commercial performance by providing financial insight, forecasting accuracy and governance across the sales organisation. This role partners with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure revenue targets are achievable, margins are protected, and decisions are data-driven.

You will lead CRM discipline, develop dashboards and KPIs, and deliver insightful reports to senior leadership in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering a major CRM platform.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong sales analytics and forecasting capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills.
• Experience in forecasting, pricing and margin analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support end-to-end sales forecasting with accuracy and alignment to targets.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline health and margin trends.
• Provide weekly and monthly leadership packs with insights and actions.
• Support budgeting, target-setting and strategic planning cycles.
• Lead pipeline and forecast accuracy analysis to improve decision-making.
