Culina Group is seeking a Sales Controller to drive commercial performance by delivering financial insight, forecasting accuracy, and strong governance across the sales organisation. You will partner with Sales, Finance and Operations to ensure revenue targets are achievable, margins protected, and decisions grounded in robust data, with clear accountability across the team.

• Experience in sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to partner with Finance, Operations and Marketing.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end sales forecasting process with accuracy and alignment to targets.
• Analyse sales performance, pipeline health, margins, and risks.
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Lead pipeline and forecast accuracy analysis to improve decision-making.
• Oversee CRM processes, data quality, reporting, and pipeline visibility.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to enhance sales productivity.
• Provide CRM training and day-to-day support.
• Partner with BD Excellence Director and sales leadership.
