Job summary

The Work Shop Resourcing Ltd in Southampton is seeking a Sales Executive to join our busy office team. You will promote the company’s services, build strong customer relationships, and respond to sales enquiries by phone and email while proactively pursuing new clients.

Working Mon-Fri, 08:30–17:30 with a 1-hour lunch, you will manage accounts, keep records up to date and liaise with internal departments to meet customer requirements. Salary £28,600 plus uncapped commission.

• Experience in a busy office environment.
• Strong customer-facing and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
• Motivated, punctual and well organised.

• Promote the company’s services and build relationships with customers.
