Job summary

Motorpoint Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver a first-class car buying experience in a fast-paced environment. You will engage customers, present options and guide them through the journey from greeting to handover.

The role offers a £20,000 base plus uncapped commission with an realistic OTE of £40,000–£50,000. 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7, with weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Previous sales experience is essential.
• Ability to meet monthly targets.
• Experience selling financial products is a plus but training provided.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with customers.
• Weekend work is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet, greet and build rapport with customers.
• Deliver a no-pressure sales service to identify needs.
• Complete face-to-face quotes on vehicles.
• Upsell products and finance options.
• Work towards monthly and team targets.
• Hand over vehicles with high level of service.
• Coordinate with departments to manage customer expectations.
