Job summary

D.M.Keith Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Sales Executive to join our Ford Leeds site. You will listen to customer needs and convert enquiries into sales, working to targets in a busy, target-driven environment with a friendly, family-run culture.

We offer a basic salary of £23,000 to £27,000 with a realistic OTE of up to £60,000, uncapped commission, a company vehicle, 30 days leave, and ongoing manufacturer training. Normal hours are weekdays with Saturdays on rota; shift pattern averages 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to listen to customer needs and adapt to individual requirements.
• Confidence working to targets and deadlines.
• Full training provided, including manufacturer courses.

Responsibilities

• Generate customer appointments and prospect to maximise car sales.
• Convert enquiries into sales in a target-driven environment.
• Attend manufacturer training and ongoing internal coaching.
