• Experience in customer-facing environments such as retail, hospitality or leisure.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and driving to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and creating a positive, professional first impression
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the best vehicle and finance options
• Arranging and conducting engaging test drives
• Building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business
• Working towards sales targets with experienced management support
