Job summary

Planet Recruitment in Oxford is seeking a confident Sales Executive to join a successful automotive business. You will be target-driven and focused on delivering first-class customer service while managing the full sales process.

The role offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and ongoing training. You will build relationships, handle inquiries from initial contact to handover, and contribute to showroom presentation while benefiting from staff discounts

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales role; automotive experience preferred
• Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, presentable, and customer-focused
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)
• Willing to work a Monday-Saturday rota with a day off during the week

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Sell vehicles and associated products in a professional and compliant manner
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business
• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover
• Complete all relevant sales documentation accurately
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and showroom presentation
• Attend regular training and team meetings
