Portakabin Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive for the Manchester area to drive sales and order winning activities by promoting Portakabin products and services. The role involves handling quotations, customer enquiries, onboarding support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely payments and stock availability.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in customer service, a track record in target-driven environments, and skills in MS Office and SAP.

Competenze

• Administrative experience in a customer service environment.
• Experience in a target driven environment.
• Experience of business development activities e.g. inbound or outbound calling activity.
• Minimum GCSE or Equivalent level of education including Maths and English.
• Competent in using Microsoft packages including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of SAP (or similar systems).

• Execute all commercial administrative activities accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide business development and administrative support to achieve order targets.
• Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training for new team members.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to improve processes.
• Prioritise customer service to maximise satisfaction and ensure continuity of service.
• Maintain stock records and respond to administrative queries in internal systems.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers on time.
• Respond to customer enquiries within SLAs and ensure accurate customer information.
